I've been shooting Puerto Rico for years, not as a tourist, but as someone who keeps coming back because the island keeps revealing itself. The street life in Old San Juan. The real La Perla the news never shows. The culture in Loíza. The golden-hour light that makes you stop walking.
The gallery is the destination. But you can't open a gallery without the work, and you can't do the work without funding the trips. So this exists — every piece sends me back with a camera. When Ensueño opens in St. Pete, every frame on the wall will already have been part of someone's life.
